The VersaTran Air Mattress has been designed to gently rotate a bedridden person and can pause in various positions throughout the rotation. This enables caregivers to attend to the person and treat ailments in a variety of positions. A patient can easily and gently be rotated onto their side, to a partially prone or supine position, etc. Uses of the VersaTran Air Mattress include:
- positioning the patient for easier cleaning
- changing the bedding
- bedsore prevention treatments
- changing clothes
